Seniors Helping Senior Central Oklahoma (SHS) brightens the lives of seniors who can benefit from a helping hand and a friendly smile. Our caregivers, who are seniors themselves (aged 55+), make life a little easier by providing compassionate care in the comfort our care receiver’s home.
Our Senior Caregivers provide all the services necessary to maintain the home (light housekeeping, shopping, laundry, errands, mail and more) and to assist the individual (meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, dressing and more) Each of our clients receives a care plan that is tailored to their needs so that we can ensure their independence and support allowing them to live the life they desire in the home of their choice.
SHS empowers seniors to continue to live independent lives by taking care of day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age.
While there are many companies that assist people in their homes, we are the only company that EXCLUSIVELY employs seniors as our caregivers.
Program Name: Respite Care
Caring for a senior family member is very rewarding, but it can also be mentally and emotionally draining. Taking time away to “recharge” periodically is one of the best things family members can do for their relationship with a senior. Our caregivers can provide intermittent or ongoing respite care, for an afternoon, evening, or for overnight stays.
