Mercy I-35 Fitness Center

Caring for the Caregiver is a series offered in October at Mercy Fitness Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:30pm. This program is free and open to the community, no membership required. We will have weekly focuses; mental health, nutrition, movement and building supportive relationships. To register please contact Stenia. Series begins October 8th. Only 12 spots available.
