- Financial Assistance: Assistance with specific expenses related to disabilities that have no other source of funding such as wheelchair batteries and repairs, specialized formula, durable medical equipment, etc.
- New Voices: As funding permits, approved non-verbal individuals with disabilities receive an iPad (or similar device) and speech app for verbal communication. Ages 4+
- Equipment Grants & Loans: Durable medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, bathroom equipment etc., are loaned or given to individuals at no cost, regardless of disability. All ages.
- Information/Referral and Follow-Along: Information is provided and referrals are made for services appropriate to individuals who contact the agency. All ages
- Moore Xtreme: Athletes with disabilities train together and participate in competitive sports, including: Bocce, Golf, Power-lifting, Basketball, Horse Shoes, Track & Field, Softball and Flag Football. Ages youth and above.
- The Willows and Northcliff Gardens: Sponsored by ACOK. HUD 202 Housing for adults with disabilities and low-income elderly. ACOK provides internet access to adults with disabilities, funding for education and outreach activities, and social opportunities.
