The OPC specializes in special education support for people with disabilities from birth to age 26 and their families. We have been providing services to Oklahoma parents and family members of children with disabilities, young adults with disabilities, and the professionals who serve them since 2000! Our mission is to train, inform, educate and support parents, families, professionals, and consumers in building partnerships that meet the needs of children and youth with the full range of disabilities ages birth through twenty-six.
